Registration Inclusions (both students and non-students)

Please note that the Suzhou Tour on Dec. 8 is an optional activity and is NOT covered by the registration fees. To ensure the best experience for all participants, the tour is limited to a maximum of 100 individuals on a first-come, first-served basis.

Attendance Policy

At least one registration is required for each accepted paper (each registration can be associated to at most two papers), and the registered author must present it in person. If multiple authors plan to attend, please ensure separate registrations for each individual. If none can attend, it is highly recommended to consider a proxy presentation

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation deadline: November 8, 2023. If you need to cancel your registration on or before this date, you will receive a refund minus an 8% processing fee. Please note that refunds can ONLY be transferred to banks in mainland China. We appreciate your understanding regarding this limitation and apologize for any inconvenience.
